Telecom insights

Telecom providers are increasingly falling behind in leveraging advanced data analytics for their network operations. Proactive monitoring to identify potential issues and detect performance drops in real-time is critical for maintaining high-quality service.

Furthermore, the ability to predict and address connectivity issues before they impact users could revolutionize the industry.

Such predictive insights would empower telecom companies to deliver more reliable and consistent network performance, ultimately transforming the user experience and improving operational efficiency.

Our Eco-System

MAPPP, which stands for Measure, Analyse, Present, Perform, and Predict, has evolved into MAP³— the first innovative product developed by 3282-data.

MAP³ is a powerful yet user-friendly mobile application, designed exclusively for Android devices, that offers seamless installation and configuration. The application is capable of capturing over 60+ performance parameters, which are then transmitted to 3282-data's centralized database. This robust measurement system ensures precise and actionable data collection.

The app's transfer frequency is highly customizable to suit different business use cases, with data transmission intervals configurable down to just 5 seconds. Despite the speed, the entire process—from measurement to transfer and reporting—takes less than 30 seconds. This rapid turnaround enables near real-time monitoring and analysis.

To optimize data management, two distinct dataflows are created and routed to separate database entry points. One stream focuses on logistics data, while the other is dedicated to mobile connectivity metrics.
